6 November 2023

We’re now in the final stages of completing Stage 3 of this project which is expected to be completed this month. All the pipework for the project has been completed and is now live.

Over the next week, we're doing some final work between number 26 Agra Crescent to Nicholson Road.

The work takes place along the full stretch of Agra Crescent although we’re completing the work in stages. At the moment, we’re working along Agra Crescent, from where it intersects with Nicholson Road, including the Ganges Road intersection.

We also have traffic management in place along the Cockayne Road and Box Hill intersection as this work progresses. Please see a full details of the impacted areas and traffic management in the latest weekly update to residents sent out  on 3 November 2023.

A big thanks to local residents and businesses for your patience and undestanding while we complete this important work.

7 September 2023

Stage 3, between No. 28 to No. 38 Agra Crescent, is planned to begin on Monday, the 11th of September. We expect this stage to take approximately two months.

To complete the work, we will need to close the road, allowing resident access only. We do ask that all residents on Agra Crescent only enter Agra Crescent from Cashmere Avenue, as traffic flows one way, as shown below. A detour for this is shown in red. We kindly request that residents adhere to the one-way flow when exiting their driveways as well. This measure is essential to ensure the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, road users, and contractors.

During this period, we might request residents' cooperation in using different sides of Agra Crescent to enter/exit. We acknowledge this may cause inconvenience, but please be assured that we are dedicated to completing the work as soon as possible to minimise this disruption.

We are continuing to work closely with the community to minimise the impact and understand that it is particularly challenging for residents and business owners in the area.

This measure is essential to ensure the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, road users, and contractors.
