Tiaki Wai cares for the water from source to sea and cares for the people in our community who rely on water. This charter sets out how we show care every day.

Your water bill

After 1 July 2026, property owners will pay Tiaki Wai for water services charges, instead of paying through council rates as you currently do. Your first Tiaki Wai bill will arrive in late July/early August.
