Construction work will start 15 January 2024 and take around three months to complete.

Traffic management will be in place around the worksite for the safety of crews, local residents and the public.

We are renewing sections of stormwater and wastewater pipes that were recently damaged during land development.

The work will  involve excavating the road corridor to install the new stormwater and wastewater pipes along the Bell Road service lane and within several properties.

As a result, part of the vehicle lane will be closed to all traffic during work hours, 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturday work where required.
