Wellington Water, 04 912 4400
Construction works commenced 15 January 2024 and will take around seven months to complete.
Hours of work will generally be 7am-6pm Monday to Saturday. While work areas will be fenced off, we will make sure that you always have access to your property, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
On-street carparking near the worksite will be restricted and we ask that you do not park your car in the coned areas. This will allow us to get the work done as quickly and safely as possible.
Why are we doing this work?
This is part of a wider programme of ongoing work to renew ageing drinking water and wastewater pipelines in the Wainuiomata Catchment in Hutt City.
The renewals will ensure resilient and reliable water services and minimise public health risks from contamination.
